AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS -- RHODE ISLAND UTILITY FAIR SHARE ROADWAY REPAIR ACT (Requires utilities to follow STIP project schedules. Requires permits for non-road repairs. Prohibits expenses and penalties to be paid with rate payer increases.)
