AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- OFFICE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (Authorizes the secretary of the executive office of health and human services (EOHHS) to develop a sliding scale decrease in benefits as a beneficiary’s income increases up to two hundred fifty percent (250%) of the federal poverty level.)
