AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- RHODE ISLAND COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING AND LAND USE ACT (Amends the required contents of a comprehensive plan providing that the "implementation program" component of the requirements include a 5 year strategic plan to ensure that the comprehensive plan goals and policies are implemented in a timely fashion.)
