AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC PROPERTY AND WORKS -- STATE PURCHASES (Provides that the maximum aggregate amounts for small purchases within the chapter on state purchases be adjusted to not exceed $25,000 for construction and $10,000 for all other purchases.)
