AN ACT RELATING TO PROPERTY -- RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT (Increases the amount of costs for repairs that a tenant may deduct from his or her rent from one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) to five hundred dollars ($500).)
