JOINT RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL JOINT LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE OF RHODE ISLAND'S PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM (Creates a 10 member joint commission to study and make recommendations for efficient and effective governance of pre-k through sixteen public education system, and would report back to the Senate and House by March 1, 2023, and expire on July 1, 2023.)
