AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF COMMERCE (Provides that the deputy secretary of commerce and housing become the secretary of housing and retains all the powers and duties of the deputy secretary of commerce and housing. Also creates a new department of housing effective January 1, 2023.)
