AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES - RETIREMENT OF MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES - REEMPLOYMENT OF POLICE OFFICERS (Exempts retired police officers from the seventy-five (75) day rule which restricts employment for retirement purposes, when they work private details for a nongovernmental entity.)
