AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- UNIFORM UNSWORN DECLARATION ACT (Gives an "unsworn" declaration given under the penalty of perjury the same effect as "a sworn" declaration, and subject to the criminal penalties for perjury.)
