AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- THE RHODE ISLAND WORKS PROGRAM (Extends the life-time limit for RI works benefits to 60 months; increases the monthly cash benefit to 50% of the federal poverty level; increases post-secondary program participation by an additional 12 months.)
