AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE -- SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97 - THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT (Provides that the public schools shall be responsible for attendance data monitoring and detection of emergent truant behavior.)
