AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROL SUBSTANCES ACT (Requires that professionals authorized to prescribe opioid drugs discuss addiction risks with the patient or the patient’s parent or guardian if the patient is under eighteen (18) years of age.)
