AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES (Extends the "lookback" period for third and subsequent offenses pursuant §31-27-2 ("driving under influence of liquor or drugs") and §31-27-2.1 ("refusal to submit to chemical test") from five (5) to ten (10) years.)
