AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS -- PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (Directs PUC to amend its regulations by extending utility termination moratorium period from April 15 to May 1 of each year. It wouldn't affect suspension of service termination & collection action authorized during the COVID emergency.)
