AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- TOXIC PACKAGING REDUCTION ACT (Prohibits the sale or promotional distribution of any food package containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), effective January 1, 2024. Provisions of § 23-18.13-3(g)(3) sunset on July 1, 2027.)
