AN ACT RELATING TO ANIMALS AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY -- TRAVELING CIRCUSES PROHIBITED (Makes it unlawful to conduct, sponsor, walk, exhibit, or operate a traveling show or circus with that live wild or exotic animals in the State of Rhode Island. Violations would be punished by a fine of up to $500 and up to 30 days in jail.)
