AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- PHARMACIES (Authorizes a pharmacist to prescribe and dispense FDA-approved hormonal contraceptive patches and self-administered oral hormonal contraceptives, provided that the pharmacist has completed a training program approved by the state board of pharmacy.)
