AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- WEAPONS (Makes it a violation to store or leave a firearm unsecured and punishable by a fine of $3,000, if a child is injured or killed as a result of firearm owner leaving firearm unsecured, owner shall be guilty of felony and punished up to five years in jail.)
