JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $500,000 IN RESTRICTED RECEIPT FUNDING IN THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND HOSPITALS (Imposes a two hundred fifty dollar ($250) substance abuse education assessment for any conviction of driving under the influence or a violation for refusal to submit to a breathalyzer.)
