AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- SENTENCE OR EXECUTION (Amends Hate Crimes Sentencing Act. Adds gender identity, expression to protected groups. Clarifies sentencing enhancements for hate crimes against victims in a protected group. Permits sentencing to community service or educational classes.)
