AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- WEAPONS (Authorizes the police authority making a background check of an applicant to invoice the seller of concealable weapons, rifles or shotguns a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee per non-disqualifying background check.)
