AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - RETAIL LICENSES (Exempts 203-209 Douglas Avenue, Plat 68, Lots 83 and 646 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map from the permitting of alcohol beverages retail licenses within a certain proximity to schools and churches.)
