AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' BILL OF RIGHTS (Increases number of committee members in law enforcement officers’ bill of rights hearing to 5 and mandates hearings be commenced within 15 days /mandates officer charged with felony or imprisoned on misdemeanor have pay suspended while case is pending.)
