AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Requires Class B licensees to offer to the public the opportunity to purchase and consume food in conjunction with the sale of alcoholic beverages, at all times while alcohol is consumed on the premises.)
