AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (Amends the uniform controlled substances act and reclassifies simple possession of ten grams (10g) or less of certain controlled substances as a misdemeanor punishable as a two (2) year misdemeanor rather than a felony.)
