AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- OPTIONAL RETIREMENT FOR MEMBERS OF POLICE FORCE AND FIRE FIGHTERS (Allows any member in active service, regardless of age, to be eligible for an accidental disability retirement allowance.)
