AN ACT RELATING TO PROPERTY -- RESIDENTIAL LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT (Modifies the summons for reasons other than nonpayment of rent to add a certificate of service section and provides for posting of summons and complaint on tenant's dwelling door. Effective January 1, 2022.)
