AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (Reclassifies simple possession of ten grams (10g) or less of a controlled substance classified in Schedules I, II, III, IV, V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act to a 2 year misdemeanor instead of a felony.)
