AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS -- RHODE ISLAND PUBLIC TRANSIT AUTHORITY (Limits damages to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in any tort action against the Rhode Island public transit authority, except in cases where the general assembly, by a special act, authorizes a tort action in excess of that amount.)
