AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- BARBERS, HAIRDRESSERS, COSMETICIANS, MANICURISTS AND ESTHETICIANS (Repeals requirement a person licensed as barber be a citizen of United States and be of good moral character. Also repeals requirement that a person so licensed pay a license fee for the business.)
