AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS FINES COLLECTED (Prohibits the state, municipalities, or courts from attempting to collect any motor vehicle violation fines or costs, after more than seven (7) years of the fine becoming final.)
