AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION (Makes it unlawful for any level 3 sex offender to reside within one quarter mile of the site of any offense committed and would make it unlawful for them to live within 1500 feet of any recreational grounds.)
