AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES (Increases the penalty upon conviction of eluding a police vehicle in high speed pursuit to a felony punishable by up to five (5) years imprisonment, a fine between five thousand dollars ($5,000) and ten thousand dollars ($10,000), and other sanctions.)
