AN ACT RELATING TO DOMESTIC RELATIONS -- UNIFORM LAW ON PATERNITY -- UNIFORM PARENTAGE ACT (Repeals current state law regarding paternity and replaces it with a more comprehensive parentage act that provides procedures establishing parentage, genetic testing, surrogacy agreements and assisted reproduction.)
