AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION OF ELDERS -- ABUSE AND ISOLATION OF ELDERS OR DEPENDENT ADULTS -- THE PETER FALK CRIMINAL ISOLATION OF ELDERS ACT (Makes it a felony to isolate an elder or dependent adult and would expand the persons entitled to notice when a guardianship or conservatorship petition is filed in the probate court for dependents or elderly adults.)
