AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION (Requires only those juveniles fourteen (14) years old or older to register as sex offenders, but only if their underlying adjudicated offense is comparable or more severe than aggravated sexual abuse as defined federally in 18 U.S.C. § 2241.)
