AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- MODEL FOR DUAL LANGUAGE IMMERSION PROGRAMS (Requires the department of education to create a model policy/timeline to assist school districts in implementing a dual language immersion program. This model policy and timeline would be sent to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house.)
