AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- ENSURING ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY CARE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS (Establishes the medication assisted treatment (MAT) program which uses medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to create a comprehensive approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.)
