AN ACT AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE HOLDINGS OF MEMORIAL AND LIBRARY ASSOCIATION OF WESTERLY (Authorizes the Memorial and Library Association of Westerly to take, hold, transmit and convey real and personal estate to an amount not exceeding sixty-five million dollars ($65,000,000).)
