AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC PROPERTY AND WORKS -- CONTRACTORS' BONDS (Requires road and bridge contractors for the department of transportation to furnish a bond equal to at least 50% of the contract price on contracts in excess of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000).)
