AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - REFUSE DISPOSAL - EXEMPTING POST-USE POLYMERS, GASIFICATION PROCESSES AND RECOVERABLE FEED STOCKS (Creates a 7 member commission to study of the merits and feasibility of a pyrolysis or gasification facility in the State, and who would report back to the Senate by March 7, 2020, and would expire on May 7, 2020.)
