AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- CHILDREN -- CONFINEMENT IN MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED (Repeals the requirement that law enforcement officers issue only warnings of the risks to persons leaving a child under the age of seven (7) unattended in a motor vehicle.)
