AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS - REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS CERTIFICATION ACT (Precludes the department of business regulation from pursing any administrative action against a certified appraiser more than five (5) years after the certified appraised issues a certified appraisal.)
