AN ACT RELATING TO FOODS AND DRUGS - UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT - OFFENSES AND PENALTIES (Decreases the penalties for unlawful possession of a schedule I, II, III, IV, and V controlled substance from imprisonment for 3 years down to 1 year and a maximum fine of ($5,000) reduced to a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500).)
