AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION - LEVY AND ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL TAXES (Exempts from taxation the real property of the surviving spouse of any law enforcement officer or firefighter killed in the line of duty with the provisions applied only prospectively and not retroactively.)
