AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - CHILD ADVOCATE OFFICE (Adds the requirement that in DCYF cases resulting in a fatality or near fatality of a child, one of the requirements for the office of the child advocate to investigate the case would be the child or the child's family had prior contact with the DCYF.)
