SENATE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO BE KNOWN AS THE "OUT OF SCHOOL TIME LEARNING COMMISSION" (Creates a 13 member Out of School Time Learning Commission to make recommendations to improve and increase the number of quality out-of-school and learning programs, and would report back by January 31, 2020, and expire on January 31, 2020.)
