JOINT RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $300,000 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR EVIDENCED-BASED AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING FOR YOUTH TO DECREASE MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS IN CHILDREN AND TEENS SERVED THROUGH THE STATE'S HEALTH EQUITY ZONES (Authorizes the appropriation of the sum of $300,000 to the department of health for evidence-based after school programming for youth to decrease mental health concerns.)
