AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES - THEFT, EMBEZZLEMENT, FALSE PRETENSES AND MISAPPROPRIATIONS (Requires penalty and restitution payments for larceny and campaign violations by a candidate to be made to the general fund when the victim of the larceny is the candidate's campaign account.)
