AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE - MOTOR VEHICLE BODY REPLACEMENT PARTS (Provides that insurance companies may not mandate the use of aftermarket parts without the owner's consent on motor vehicles less than 48 months beyond manufacture date.)
